17.2 got me like
Did 17.2 Monday and I am still wrecked. I skipped the gym yesterday but went in today. I feel wrecked, tomorrow do some mobility and hopefully Friday I will have kicked this damn cold and feel up to doing 17.3 after I do childcare at the gym.
Not much really else to say, need to focus on diet more. Been fucking that off a little and still sliming down slightly... I can and will do better.
