Sick

Well I have been sick for almost 2 weeks now, only positive is I have lost about 6 pounds since it started. I just want to be healthy and get back to normal so I can smell/taste my food and work out again. I have no energy no desire to do anything but sit and sit...

I hate being sick

I absolutly hate being sick... I just get back into working out late last week and now I get sick, and its not just a cold... my voice is half gone and I am coughing up some nice stuff... hopefully I will feel better tomorrow so I can get my workout in... the only good part of being pretty sick is I am not hungry at all... I have forced myself to eat a couple things today but I have no desire for food today, even when I have hunger growls...

My belly is getting small, feels smaller when I am laying down, standing up and when I feel it... I am happy with the results I have seen since I started the change... cant wait till the end

worked out again today, skipped yesterdays. But the program had me projected at 251 calories burned and I burned 378 in 30 minutes. I can see my belly getting smaller and feel my hip bones... Im so stoked... I might shit myself when I break 240, it has been at least 6 years since I have been under 250 let alone 240... gonna be awesome... 220 is GOING TO BE THE SHIT!!!
