Hello blog how are you? Well after taking about a week and a half off from exercising because of a jacked up knee, I worked out today. I have decided to change the settings on the EA Sports Active to low impact. I can handle this a lot better, it still effects my knee but the pain is less... oh and I am down to 244.5 lbs

MY KNEE
Well my left knee is a little jacked up from starting my exercise program again. If any of you have known me for awhile you know that I have always struggled with knee pain. This will pass, just sucks cause I will not be able to do my 3rd workout part of the 9 week plan. I will, how ever, do my push ups and sit ups today, those wont bother my knee. I should probably do some stretching too...

Day 2 exercise in 9 week program
Today totally kicked my ass, I was projected at burning 265 calories only ended up burning 240, but the damn game has a hard time picking up my body on a couple exercises, I think it has more to do with my positioning then the camera, but I have read that the game does have that issue... but oh well... I am happy with it...
2 days later
So 2 days later I am still sore in the thighs from my 1st EA Sports Active workout... I have to workout today that should be fun... I stuck at 251lbs for two weeks now... frustrating

EA Sports Active 2.0
Well it finally came out today and aside from the girl at Gamestop giving me the Wii version and me having to go back to the store to trade it in, I LOVE IT... This version starts much harder then EA Active on Wii. My thighs are on fire. The program starts with setting up your character and picking your coach and the intesity of your 9 week program and days you will be working out per week. I chose 4 days a week on medium intesity. The exercises are way more varied then the previous version. My only complaint so far is so far it or I am having a hard time getting the game to reckongnize me on the bent over rows... but I will perfect that as time goes on.
I am so glad to be working out again. This will get me back on the path of seeing results and being more active, couple this with playing other XBOX 360 Kinect games burning more calories there as long as I stick to eating only 2000 calories a day I should drop this weight and inches that much faster!!!

rough week but some positives
So I had a pretty rough week concerning over eating... I stayed close or under calories everyday, BUT I did a lot of late night eating, like late, 8pm to 1am eating at different times... This is my biggest down fall and has been for years... I need a hobby in the evenings to distract my brain... I need to stick to my guns and just tell my brain I AM NOT HUNGRY I DO NOT NEED TO TASTE ANYTHING... its definetly hard
On another note.. I have been playing my new Kinect for the xbox pretty much everyday... I have to say Dance Central is fucking awesome... Kinect Adventures really gets your heart rate going on quite a few of the games... cant wait for ea active 2.0 on Tuesday. I have stopped using the Wii version waiting for the xbox one to come out and I think that has had a lot to do with my over eating lately, for some reason I eat less when I am working out consistanly... I need to follow that trend.
My coach wants me to start doing push ups and sit ups everyday and pull ups once or twice a week, really he wants me to do pull ups everyday, but I am supposed to do as many of these as I can a day like 20 or more, then build up and keep track of how many I am doing... so that starts tomorrow!!!
