worked out again today, skipped yesterdays. But the program had me projected at 251 calories burned and I burned 378 in 30 minutes. I can see my belly getting smaller and feel my hip bones... Im so stoked... I might shit myself when I break 240, it has been at least 6 years since I have been under 250 let alone 240... gonna be awesome... 220 is GOING TO BE THE SHIT!!!
