Ok enough already

Ok I have slipped and let my mental guards down long enough.

I will not eat after 8pm. I will not allow myself to think its ok, its just one grahm cracker, cause that leads to a whole pack and a string cheese or two, then a 330 wake up and eat session. No I have already lost 25lbs and I refuse to put it back or not hit my goal weight.

Today I started working out again using Xbox Kinect and your shape fitness evolved. I also am going to start going to the YMCA that I am a member of and swimming, eliptical and shoot hoops, I always did like basketball, well playing it, not watching it. Anyhow, its time to drop these last 15lbs and then see if I can drop another 15 or 20. My goal right now is 220 from 260. But 210 or 200 doesnt sound so bad either.
