Hell yea

Weighed in today at 230.6!!! 10.4 more to go till I hit my goal!!! Started using the YMCA to workout FINALLY... went Thursday and today. Been doing about 30 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the exercise bike and then lift for 10 or 15 minutes... cant wait to drop this last 10 and then set a new goal of getting down to 200 pounds...
