rough week but some positives

So I had a pretty rough week concerning over eating... I stayed close or under calories everyday, BUT I did a lot of late night eating, like late, 8pm to 1am eating at different times... This is my biggest down fall and has been for years... I need a hobby in the evenings to distract my brain... I need to stick to my guns and just tell my brain I AM NOT HUNGRY I DO NOT NEED TO TASTE ANYTHING... its definetly hard

On another note.. I have been playing my new Kinect for the xbox pretty much everyday... I have to say Dance Central is fucking awesome... Kinect Adventures really gets your heart rate going on quite a few of the games... cant wait for ea active 2.0 on Tuesday. I have stopped using the Wii version waiting for the xbox one to come out and I think that has had a lot to do with my over eating lately, for some reason I eat less when I am working out consistanly... I need to follow that trend.

My coach wants me to start doing push ups and sit ups everyday and pull ups once or twice a week, really he wants me to do pull ups everyday, but I am supposed to do as many of these as I can a day like 20 or more, then build up and keep track of how many I am doing... so that starts tomorrow!!!
