MY KNEE

Well my left knee is a little jacked up from starting my exercise program again. If any of you have known me for awhile you know that I have always struggled with knee pain. This will pass, just sucks cause I will not be able to do my 3rd workout part of the 9 week plan. I will, how ever, do my push ups and sit ups today, those wont bother my knee. I should probably do some stretching too...
