Nutrition challenge info and Instagram

So here is a link to my Instagram where I post my workouts. https://www.instagram.com/dadsgetfitjourney/ We are on the 3rd week of the nutrition challenge at the gym. I am feeling pretty decent, a little more tired than normal, but I know I have lost inches. How do I know? Well my 2XL shirts are getting really baggy and my XLs fit a little better but still remind me that I have work left to do. You know cause the belly jiggling around after my workout didn't give that away! I took my scale into the gym for safe keeping until the challenge is over. I found myself weighing myself too often and we all know that those #s fuck with ones head. I am not going to weigh myself until I step back into the bodyfattest.com truck in 6.5 more weeks. We all did the test 10/4/2016, I weighed 263.6, lean Lb 176.75, fat lb 86.85 and 32.9% fat. I am 72.25 inches tall, 39 years old.
