I figure if I work out 1x a day and do a min of 1 hour of house cleaning, thats like working out 2x. I also take Koen out to the gym, park and the malls so I do walking during those times... But I need to make sure I am getting 2 types of physical activity in daily.
The only thing I have to mind is my hip, currently it has been bothering me. I have started to see a doctor about it. I am not going to let it prevent me from working out. Going to the pool will help with that alot, less resistence.
