just did 35 minutes and burned 280 calories on EA active. Todays exercises consisted of side lunges with toe touches, a mix of shoulder presses and lateral kick backs with the resistence band, lunge kick ups, running, a little volleyball sets and some tennis forehand and backhands... I really do enjoy this program and just discovered it also has preset workouts so once I am done with the 30 challenge I can just roll myself into those other exercise programs listed... CANT WAIT
