Just got done with my second workout of the day... Only did it on medium this time and IT MADE ME DO SQUAT HOLDS AGAIN... oh but for only 40 seconds each instead on 1 minute... BAH I had to cheat on the second set... anyhow I burned 227 Calories in 22 minutes.
So far today I have eaten 562 calories and burned off 636 Calories, SOooo I have worked more off then I have eaten at this point in the day, dinner still to come, but I just thought I would comment on that. I think its awesome...
