Starting today off really well... had my usual banana for breakfast and my usual 2 eggs and 2 pcs of bacon and 3/4 cup of strawberries for lunch... have one snack before dinner and then I am going to man up and cry myself to sleep tonight with hunger pains... waaaaa...
I have officially cut bread out, significantly reducing pasta intake, and thinking of giving up cheese entirely so many calories in that shit... well I wont give up feta and blue cheese in my salads, I will just consume less.
Its a rest for exercise so says the EA active 30 day program I am doing, but I dont care what it says, I am using it today... High impact
