Wii Fit

So I busted out the Wii fit today, did about 15 minutes step aerobics and 25 minutes doing yoga... my thigh muscles are a little sore... I was suprised 25 minutes of yoga only burned 76 calories based on loseit.com.

Onto loseit.com, I am using this app on my iphone and the website, basically I told it I wanted to lose 2lbs a day and that my ideal weight is 220 and I weigh 260 at the start. The site then tells you how many calories a day you can take in and when you will meet your goal weight. I am allowed 2028 calories a day and if I stick to that I should be at 220 by Febuary 21st 2011... and that is if I just take in less calories... I also plan on exercising everyday be it house cleaning, Wii Fit or some sort of project around the house. Tomorrow I have to sand all the wood for Koen and Parkers bunk bed... that should take most of the day and burn a lot of calories...

I have so far taken in less calories allowed this week, I have only been on the program for 4 days. I went over last night. But overall I am under, so I feel good about that.
